AELALD goes to the EURORDIS Express 2017 Summer School for expert patients and researchers, which this year broke the record for attendees around the world.
This week-long training, from 5 to 9 June 2017, was held in Castelldefels (Barcelona) and was an intense and formidable way of learning and understanding better the environment of rare diseases, as well as an opportunity to do Networking with other associations and health professionals.

In addition, sharing all this time and space with representatives of Associations of Spain and Latin America has been very enriching.

A Spanish edition of this EURORDIS Summer School was held for the first time, given the enormous interest of representatives of Spanish speaking patients. It welcomed 43 participants from many regions of Spain as well as from Central and South America.
